Tax Rewards Program – VIP Client Loyalty Benefits

Our Tax Rewards Program is a loyalty-based system created to reward clients who continue to engage with our services and refer others.

This program is not based on income, tax situation, or filing status. Instead, it rewards participation, engagement, and referrals.

Clients earn points that can be used toward service-based benefits such as discounts, priority scheduling, and promotional rewards.

The Client Rewards Program is an exclusive, invitation-only program reserved for select clients.

Access is not automatically available to the general public. Clients must receive an official invitation and complete enrollment to activate their rewards account.

This program was created to recognize ongoing loyalty, referrals, and active participation throughout the tax season. Once enrolled, members can begin earning points toward tier-based discounts on eligible tax preparation services.

Clients may be invited to join based on one or more of the following:

• Active use of our tax preparation services 
• Referrals of new clients 
• Consistent engagement during tax seasons 
• Positive account history and participation 

If you have received an invitation, you may proceed with enrollment using the rewards form provided in your email. If you have not yet been invited but believe you are eligible, you may contact us by email Info@theluxebabe.com to be considered for future enrollment.

Enrollment is required before any points can be officially tracked or applied to your account. Any previous eligible activity may be submitted after enrollment for review and possible credit.

2. Earn points through eligible activities 
3. Move through reward tiers as points increase 
4. Redeem rewards as discounts or service benefits 

Your rewards status is tracked internally and updated based on program activity.

You can earn points in the following ways:

• Referring new clients who complete services 
• Returning for tax services in future seasons 
• Submitting required documents or information on time 
• Participating in program opportunities or promotions 
• Leaving a verified review (when requested) 
• Engaging with program updates or communications 

Referral activity is the highest-value way to earn points.

As points increase, clients move through reward levels:

• Program access only 
• No discounts 

• Small discounts on tax preparation services 
• Select promotional benefits 

• Medium discounts 
• Priority scheduling (when available) 
• Faster processing 

• Highest discount eligibility 
• Priority filing access 
• Early scheduling opportunities

• Completed referral (new client files + pays) = 25 points 
• Referral that books only (no completion) = 0 points 

• Client returns for tax filing (new season) = 15 points 

• Full document submission (complete set, no follow-ups needed) = 8 points 
• Early submission (before requested deadline) = 5 points 
• Correct submission with no corrections needed = +3 bonus points 

👉 Max per filing engagement = 16 points total

• Enrolling in rewards program = 5 points (one-time only) 
• Responding to program update / check-in = 2 points 

• Verified Google review = 5 points 
• Completed Client Feedback Form = 5 points

• Seasonal promotion bonus = 10 points max 
• Referral campaign boost = +5 extra points per completed referral during promo period 

Points may be redeemed for promotional benefits applied toward eligible tax preparation services.

Rewards may include:

• Discounts off tax preparation fees 
• Reduced service costs for future filings 
• Priority processing or scheduling (when available) 
• Promotional service credits 

Rewards are applied at the discretion of the provider and may vary based on service type and availability.

• Points have no cash value 
• Rewards are not guaranteed until applied 
• Program structure and benefits may change at any time 
• Discounts apply only to eligible tax preparation services 
• Participation does not guarantee service priority unless redeemed
