Yes! Your new client Consultation is completely free. It's a 30-minute virtual session to review your tax needs, discuss documents, and outline your next steps. 

You can easily schedule through my website under the " Appointments" tab Once booked, you'll receive your confirmation email with appointment details.  

Visit the “Appointments” section on my website to book your desired service. After booking, you’ll receive your Microsoft Teams Meeting link and preparation instructions.

You will need a photo ID, W-2's, 1099's, all dependent information, and other relevant tax documents ready. Be sure to complete your Client Intake Form before your session to upload your documents. 

Pricing is based on the complexity of your return and your overall refund amount. During your consultation, I’ll provide any pricing details before filing begins.

Yes, all appointments are held virtually via Microsoft Teams, making it simple and convenient to file your taxes from anywhere.

Yes! I currently serve clients in both Nevada and California, with plans to expand services to other states soon.

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance so I can best serve all clients. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled. You may reschedule or cancel via Microsoft link or directly from your confirmation email. 

You’ll receive a secure digital copy of your filed return via email or client portal. Refunds are issued by the IRS and typically arrive within 21 business days. You will have the option to choose how you would like to receive your refund prior to filing.
