Welcome to TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.theluxebabe.com and any services, programs, or resources offered by TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting (“TheLuxeBabe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, submitting an inquiry or intake form, purchasing services, engaging us for tax services, or enrolling in the Tax Academy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting provides tax-related services that may include:

• Individual tax return preparation and filing
• Federal and applicable state tax return preparation
• Prior-year tax return preparation
• Tax consultations
• Assistance regarding certain IRS or state tax notices and communications
• General tax education and guidance
• Other tax-related services agreed upon between TheLuxeBabe and the client

Services are primarily provided virtually unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, accurate, and timely information necessary to prepare their tax returns or provide tax-related services.

This includes, when applicable, income documents, identification, dependent information, deductions, credits, expenses, business records, and other relevant tax documentation.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting may rely on information and documentation provided by the client unless further verification or documentation is required.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting will not knowingly prepare or submit information believed to be false, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable tax law.

Clients must promptly notify us if they discover that information or documentation previously provided was incorrect, incomplete, or has changed.

Additional fees may apply when substantial corrections, amendments, or additional work are required because information was omitted or incorrectly provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their completed tax return before authorizing electronic filing.

A tax return will not be electronically filed until all required authorizations, signatures, documentation, and other applicable requirements have been completed.

By signing or electronically authorizing a return, the client confirms that they have reviewed the return and believe the information contained in it to be complete and accurate.

Tax preparation and consulting fees vary depending on the complexity of the return or service requested.

Any estimate provided before reviewing complete tax information may be subject to change if additional forms, schedules, income sources, businesses, states, prior-year filings, or other circumstances require additional work.

Applicable fees will be communicated to the client as part of the tax preparation or service process.

Tax preparation fees are separate from the amount of any tax refund or tax liability unless otherwise expressly disclosed.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting does not guarantee any specific tax refund amount.

Refund amounts are determined based on the client's individual tax circumstances, information provided, applicable tax law, and determinations made by the IRS and/or applicable state tax agencies.

Any refund estimate provided during preparation is an estimate based on the information available at that time.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting does not control whether a return is accepted, rejected, selected for review or audit, delayed, adjusted, or otherwise processed differently by a taxing authority.

Any estimated IRS or state refund-processing timeframe is provided for informational purposes only.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting cannot guarantee when a refund will be issued.

Processing times may be affected by identity verification, tax credits, return reviews, audits, offsets, outstanding government debts, incorrect information, suspected fraud, agency delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If optional refund advances, refund-transfer products, or other financial products are made available during tax season, those products may be offered and administered by third-party financial institutions or service providers.

Eligibility, approval, amounts, fees, timing, and other terms are determined by the applicable provider.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting does not guarantee approval for any refund advance or financial product.

Any applicable terms and disclosures will be provided before a client elects to participate.

Tax preparation services do not automatically include audit representation, IRS representation, responses to tax notices, amended returns, or other post-filing services unless expressly included or separately agreed upon.

If a client receives a notice from the IRS or a state tax agency, the client should promptly provide the notice for review if assistance is requested.

Additional fees may apply for notice assistance, amended returns, research, correspondence, or other services performed after the original return has been completed.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting cannot guarantee that a return will not be audited, examined, or adjusted by a taxing authority.

Clients remain responsible for taxes, interest, penalties, repayment of credits, or other amounts ultimately assessed by a taxing authority, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing requested information and documentation with enough time to prepare and file their returns.

Submission of documents close to a filing deadline does not guarantee that a return can be completed or filed before that deadline.

An extension of time to file generally does not extend the time to pay taxes that may be due.

Tax services may be provided virtually through electronic forms, email, telephone, video communication, secure portals, electronic signatures, or other approved systems.

Clients should submit sensitive tax documents only through the designated secure intake or document-upload methods provided by TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting.

Sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, identification documents, and tax forms, should not be submitted through social media or other unauthorized communication methods.

Information available on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Website content does not constitute individualized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Simply visiting the website, following TheLuxeBabe on social media, or submitting a general inquiry does not by itself establish a tax-preparer/client relationship.

TheLuxeBabe Tax Academy provides educational resources and training related to tax preparation and related business topics.

The total course fee is $369.

A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat in the program. The $99 deposit is credited toward the total course fee.

The remaining $270 balance may be paid through $45 monthly payments through April 2027, according to the applicable payment schedule.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of course access, subject to applicable program terms.

Participation in or completion of the Tax Academy does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Clients
• Income or revenue
• Business success
• IRS credentials or approval
• PTIN or EFIN approval
• Professional licensing
• Any particular financial result

Individual results depend on numerous factors, including the participant's effort, qualifications, compliance with applicable requirements, and individual circumstances.

Tax Academy materials and resources provided by TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting are intended for enrolled participants.

Unless expressly authorized, participants may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, upload, share, or commercially exploit proprietary course materials belonging to TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting.

Enrollment or payment does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

The Tax Academy $99 seat-reservation deposit is non-refundable due to limited seating.

Other tax preparation, consultation, educational, or service payments are subject to the refund or cancellation terms disclosed for that particular service.

Fees for services already performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement.

Our website is operated using GoDaddy services, including GoDaddy Airo and/or Websites + Marketing.

We may also use third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, document submission, educational content, communications, and other business functions.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting's original website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, educational materials, downloads, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior authorization except where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Clients acknowledge that tax preparation requires the collection and processing of sensitive personal and financial information.

We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
